Grass-fed Beef Day

Title: Grass-fed Beef Day at Ag Days
Location: Upper City Square viewing area, Keystone Center, across south Main Street hallway from the UCT pavilion, Brandon MB
Date: January 21, 2014

The goal is for producers to learn what it takes to finish cattle on grass. Members of the Manitoba Grass-Fed Beef Association and invited speakers will be on hand to talk about animal genetics, cost of production, direct-marketing and other things you need to know to make the switch from finishing on grain to finishing on grass.

Cost: $20 for lunch (free if you leave for lunch).
