The Manitoba Rural Adaptation Council (MRAC), doing business as the Prairie Improvement Network (PIN), will hold its 18th Annual General Meeting on March 20, 2014, at the Canad Inns in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. Through the delivery of several Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) programs, MRAC/PIN has been supporting ag innovation and adaptation and rural development in Manitoba for the past 18 years. This year’s AGM theme will be “Rural Priority, Global Results.” Join us as we wrap up the last of our federal programing, including CAAP, and look toward the future.

“As we continue to expand our role on the prairies, we are working with rural and urban stakeholders to encourage collaboration, partnerships and “outside the box” thinking that will lead to sustainable development,” says Helena Marak, Acting Executive Director.
