Doug Price-Doug was born and raised in Acme Alberta. Doug and his wife Helga have been married for 28years and together they jointly own Echo Sand Ranching Ltd. and operate a large cow calf and feedlot operation. Doug is on the board of Sunterra Farms a family run, integrated company including a hog production operation, processing plants, retail food outlet stores in Calgary and Edmonton, along with a hog export market to Japan.  He is on the board of the Alberta Cattle Feeders and is also involved with the Acme Feeders Ass.  As the prime agricultural land in Alberta has become costly to purchase, Doug has ventured into Sask. with 2 friends, taking the opportunity to raise grass cattle and capture a different market.
Don Christianson- Born and raised at Strathmore, Don has an Ag degree from the U of Alberta and was a district agriculturist and Beef Specialist with Alberta Ag for 24 years in north eastern Alberta focusing on economics and marketing. Don initiated a HRM group in Smoky Lake 15 years ago and management club of 6 producers still active today.  Presently he works part time at a 2000 head back grounding feedlot.
Jerry Holtman- Since 1967 Jerry and his wife Sharon have been involved with agri-business.  From feed mills, irrigation development & farming, hog barns and cattle ranching.  He has been a long time partner in the Beef Booster genetic program, and a practicing member of Holistic Resource Management since 1985.  Jerry also participates in the Canadian Endangered Species Conservation Program and is a member of Prairie Heritage Beef Producers alliance selling natural beef.  They carry out all of these activities through value chain alliances.
Don Kelly – Don is the founder and principal of The Legacy Group- a financial planning and advisory firm specializing in succession and estate plans for farm families and agriculture businesses.  Don’s in-depth knowledge and expertise in agriculture has enabled him to offer sound financial advice to a number of leading western Canadian farm families and their businesses helping them achieve their financial goals.
Gabe Brown- Gabe & Shelly brown own & operate Brown’s Gelbvieh Ranch 5 miles east of Bismark, ND.  He obtained his degree in animal science with a minor in Ag Economics from North Dakota State College in 1983.  Gabe’s operation consists of 4500 acres and he is taking on the task of integrating livestock and cropping systems to benefit soil health and ranch profitability.
Murray Pask- Murray and his wife Adele have been married for 42 years and counting, with 3 daughters. He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science in Engineering.  Murray started farming in 1971 and currently crops 4,500 acres of owned land.  They grow 1,800 acres of seed alfalfa annually in short rotation. The own their own Alfalfa Seed Processing / Marketing Business and employ 7 full time and numerous part time people.
Angus Patterson- Angus is a local Yorkton area rancher training & using stock dogs for practical purposes.  He is a frequent competitor at the Morris Harvest Showdown stock dog competition.
