Description: Manitoba Farm & Rural Support Services is sponsoring ‘Sleepless in Manitoba: Making Sleep Work For You’: a series of workshops on sleep, stress and safety. These workshops are designed for farmers, shift workers, health care professionals, and anyone else affected by a lack of sleep.

Join Dr. Carlyle Smith, renowned sleep expert, and Gerry Friesen, stress management consultant, to learn about the stages of sleep, common sleep disorders, and develop the tools you need to get a good night’s sleep (without the sleeping pills!)
