The Board of Directors of the Assiniboine River Basin is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our 8th Annual Conference - "Cooperative Water Management in a Future of Extremes" on a virtual platform on the mornings of Thursday, March 3rd and Friday, March 4th.

Since the inception of ARBI in 2014 we have witnessed unprecedented flooding events to the extremes of drought this past year. Along the way basin stakeholders have been challenged by other events including atmospheric river systems that have caused localized flooding, blizzards, tornadoes and earthquakes. How do we adapt, manage and work together co-operatively in a future of extremes relating to water management?

We hope you are able to join us each morning for presentations on global and basin level water management issues, as well as research and program updates that will help us all understand and move forward cooperatively.

There is no charge for registration, but we would ask that you RSVP in advance of the event by completed the attendance box at the end of this announcement.
